Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping:

FREE in-store pickup! 

FREE shipping for online orders over $50!!

*Excludes bikes, wheels, rims, car racks, and indoor trainers. 

Orders under $50 will have a $15 shipping fee.

Items must be picked up within 30 days or there will be a 10% restocking fee charged.


Return Policy on goods purchased online though our website:

  • Products purchased though our website may be returned within 30 days from the time of purchase. You can either ship it to us or return it to the shop in person with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging, unused, and have ALL of the original tags and packaging!
  • Online bike purchases are NOT eligible for return.
  • We understand sometimes products may arrive damaged or may be the wrong size. We wave ALL restocking fees for these scenarios and request you to email us at Criteriumbikes@gmail.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
  • If you wish to ship in a return, you must email us at Criteriumbikes@gmail.com to initiate a return with a description of the issue and order number so we can create an RA (return authorization).
  • Timeframe: 30 days from date of purchase to return.
  • Refund: Customer will be refunded on original form of payment.
  • Merchandise: Must be new or like new condition to return item. *Includes tags.
  • Exclusions: Customer may be liable for shipping costs associated with the return.


Return policy for goods purchased in store at Criterium Bicycles:

We want to earn your continued business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! 

  • 30-day returns/exchanges on most items with receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • 7-day returns on bikes, trainers, electronics, and car racks with manager approval.
  • Returns will be subject to a restocking fee. Exclusions may apply.


Products not subject to return:

  • Products "Sold on Sale" or at a discounted price. 
  • Excluded products.
